AMCC Hosting 2023 Ernie Oliver Stick Spiel

Drop by the AMCC October 18-19 to watch the top 2-person stick curling teams (Urban and Rural) as they participate in the annual Ernie Oliver Spiel.

In addition to competing for the Main Event title, qualifying teams will also receive a modest cash prize. A great opportunity for Stickers, at all levels, to expand their knowledge of this rapidly growing style of curling.

Draws begin at 9:00 am Oct 18 with the finals at 2:00 pm Oct 19.

Updated October 20:

Congrats to the AMCC 2 Person Stickers who represented the Club very well in the recently completed Ernie Oliver Spiel. Special congratulations to Dave Anton and Lawrence Russell (pictured below) in capturing the First Event title, and Don Cozine / Bernie Roy for winning the second Event by defeating the 2022 Canadian Stick Champions (Bernie has yet to come down to terra ferma).
